before every event all attending members will have a "Pick". 1 item per event they wish to lot. If that item drops that member can lot it. If more then one member have the same "Pick" the both or all who picked that item may lot on it.
If this happens Lots will depend on 30day attendance. If your attendence in the past 30days of events is at or below 50% All members who picked the same item as you will lot before you until they recieved all items needed.. I.E. 9/9 Ardor stone….. once that member has recieved enough items for 1 upgrade then the members on the same "Pick" may begin lotting on the item as well.
